How does the program work?

Taking part in the program is simple.

1. Buy V-Protect products

Purchase products covered by the VIPro program directly from V-Protect or through designated sales channels.

2. Collect points

Every eligible purchase increases your VIPro points balance.
Your points are accumulated in your account and can be redeemed whenever you choose the reward that suits you best.

3. Reach a higher status

VIPro rewards active customers.
As your cooperation with V-Protect grows, you can reach higher program levels, allowing you to collect points faster and benefit from additional privileges.

4. Choose your rewards

Exchange your accumulated points for products from the VIPro Rewards Catalog.
Choose from practical rewards available at lower point thresholds to the most desirable premium products.

How to join

Please read the VIPro Program Terms and Conditions available below and accept their provisions.
Simply send us the following message:
“I accept the VIPro Program Terms and Conditions and wish to join the Program.”
Once we receive your request, we will activate your participation in VIPro. From that moment, eligible purchases will be included in the Program and the corresponding VIPro Points will be credited to your account.

VIPro Program Status Levels

The higher your annual turnover in the VIPro program, the more Points you earn from your purchases. Higher status levels provide a higher Points multiplier and additional status bonuses.

Once a higher status level is reached, Points earned from the beginning of the relevant year are adjusted according to the multiplier applicable to the highest status level achieved.

How VIPro Points are earned

The VIPro Program is voluntary and free of charge. It is intended for V-Protect customers; where the purchaser is a company or another organisation, that entity is the participant, rather than the person placing an order on its behalf.

One base Point is awarded for each PLN 1 of net Qualifying Turnover. Qualifying Turnover includes fully completed and paid purchases of V-Protect products and services, after discounts and corrections, excluding VAT, transport and additional charges. Points are credited after payment has been posted.

Points are not a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another participant. They can only be redeemed for rewards in the current Rewards Catalog or benefits available in an announced Promotional Campaign.

Points validity

Points remain valid until the end of the fourth full Accounting Year following the Accounting Year in which they were awarded. For example, Points awarded in 2026 remain valid until 31 December 2030 unless they are redeemed or cancelled earlier in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Who can join the VIPro Program?

Any V-Protect customer who accepts the Terms and Conditions in the available manner. An individual person must be at least 18 years old.

When are Points credited to my account?

After payment for a fully completed transaction has been posted, within a reasonable technical period after settlement.

Can Points be exchanged for cash?

No. Points may only be redeemed for rewards from the current Rewards Catalog or benefits available in Promotional Campaigns.

What happens when I reach a higher status?

During the same Accounting Year, Points are adjusted from the date of effective enrollment using the multiplier for the highest status achieved. The status bonus is awarded once per year up to the level of the highest status.

Where can I check my balance or submit a complaint?

Your balance is available in the Program system or on request through V-Protect contact channels. Complaints concerning the Program may be sent to biuro@v-protect.pl.
