Since 2009, we have supplied established product series to small and large companies in Europe and worldwide. High stocks of finished goods and production components support reliable fulfilment, including less typical orders.

CONTROLLED
QUALITY
Quality control covers components, finished protectors and their influence on the optical connection. In our LPT laboratory we perform climate, vibration, corrosion, strength, optical loss, OTDR and spectrum tests and check products against ZN-96 TPSA-006, EN 50411-3-3 and GR-1380 requirements.

PRODUCTION
Our production plant combines three extrusion lines, five wire straightening and cutting lines, eight plastic-profile cutting machines, ANT equipment and blister-forming capability. In-house component production, experienced employees and dedicated machinery enable us to manufacture and control tens of millions of protectors annually.

Where are V-Protect splice protectors manufactured?
V-Protect manufactures its products at the company site in Police, Poland. Production, warehousing, component manufacturing and the LPT Measurement and Test Laboratory operate at the same location.
Which types of splice protectors are available?
The range includes heat-shrink fibre optic splice protectors in different types and sizes as well as aluminium crimp protectors from the ANT series. How is product quality verified?
Components and finished products are inspected during production. The LPT laboratory performs environmental, mechanical and optical tests and checks protectors against recognised industry requirements. The company also operates certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 management systems.
